T-shirt Salad Is The Main Course – Czech Christmas Potato Salad
The order of importance is settled. A huge bowl of potato salad wearing a crown rules the table, while a small schnitzel cowers next to it, knowing its place. The salad is made a day ahead in the biggest pot in the house, following a recipe the family argues about every year. The Czech print says: the main course is the salad, the schnitzel is a side dish. A Christmas design for everyone who goes back for more salad on Christmas Eve and treats everything else as garnish.
